MY EXPERIENCE

For over 27 years, I have walked the path of the Healing Arts, but in truth, this journey did not begin in this lifetime. My soul has carried this knowing for generations, perhaps lifetimes, where the work of healing and connection has been my offering. It feels as though this sacred calling has always been woven into the essence of my being, guiding me even before I consciously understood its pull.

Though this path spans beyond time, there are moments in this life that stand out as markers of recognition. I remember being four years old, standing at a book fair with my mother, when two books found their way into my hands—one about yoga and the other about massage. Even then, I felt the whisper of something greater, the threads of an ancient calling revealing themselves. These small moments were like seeds planted in fertile soil, ready to grow into the journey that would become my life’s devotion.

As I moved through my youth and into adulthood, this deep inner knowing continued to guide me. During college, I gravitated naturally toward the study of Alternative Health and Healing, immersing myself in independent studies and recognizing that this work was not simply a career or a choice—it was the embodiment of my soul’s purpose.

I formalized my training by becoming a certified Holistic Health Practitioner at The Heartwood Institute in Northern California, and I’ve carried this foundation into decades of learning and practice. Along the way, I became a member of the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork (NCBTMB), deepened my understanding through mentorship, and traveled to sacred places around the world to study with elders and healers.

The energy of healing has been a constant companion throughout my life. From the time I was nine years old, martial arts taught me about the movement of energy within and around us. This understanding expanded with my Reiki training in 1997, and I have continued to explore and honor the many layers of energetic and physical healing, allowing the wisdom of these traditions to guide my practice.

The work I offer is a reflection of this timeless journey. Neuromuscular Therapy, Deep Tissue Therapy, Ashiatsu, Aromatherapy, CranioSacral Therapy, and Reiki are part of the tools I use to release blockages and bring balance. These modalities are complemented by sound healing, shamanic journeying, guided meditation, herbal waters, and other sacred practices that honor the wholeness of the body, mind, and spirit.

This path is not simply what I do—it is who I am. It is an extension of the timeless essence of my soul, a devotion to serving others as they reconnect with their light and step more fully into alignment with their soul’s purpose. I approach every session as a sacred collaboration, guided by intuition, Spirit, and the wisdom of the individual before me. No two journeys are alike, and each client brings with them a unique story and energy that shapes the work we do together.

Even now, after decades of walking this path, I remain humbled and in awe of the power of this work. It continues to teach and transform me, offering endless opportunities to deepen my understanding and expand my capacity to serve. Every session is a chance to witness the beauty of healing, not just for my clients but for the world.

This practice is more than healing; it is a prayer, a devotion, and a way of being. Through this work, I walk alongside others as they reconnect with their inner wisdom, find harmony within themselves, and awaken to the joy and peace that comes from living in alignment with their soul. As we each heal and find wholeness within, we ripple that healing out into the world, creating more peace and balance for all.
